They are the founders and directors of Better Nature Ecotherapy CIC\, which is dedicated to making nature based wellbeing services accessible and affordable for all. \n*** Please note\, this workshop is not designed as a psychotherapeutic intervention. \n\n\n\n\nWhat to wear and bring: \nPlease wear weather appropriate clothing and bring a pen and notebook/journal and a camping chair if you have one. \nSimple refreshments will be provided. \n\n\n\n\nTravel to Upton Noble for the session: \nWhen you reserve a place\, we ask you about travel – whether you have a car\, or need a lift. \nA couple of weeks before the event\, we will arrange collective transport to keep our travel impact as low as possible. \n\n\n\n\nThe Future Shed Health & Wellbeing Network is part of the Lottery funded Green & Healthy Frome. We are able to provide this event for free\, as part of our movement building around community wellbeing in relation to the climate crisis. Please only book in if you are a resident of Frome and the surrounding villages. Places are limited. \n\n\n\n\nFuture Shed Health & Wellbeing Network: \nWe welcome anyone who wants to connect around wellbeing and climate\, including health and wellbeing practitioners and facilitators – anyone interested in how we can work together to address the health of ourselves and our planet. \nWe are a growing network of 40+ practitioners based in and around Frome – wellbeing facilitators\, health professionals and community connectors. You don’t need any specific skills\, only the desire to grow a healthier\, greener community. \nKerry-Ann Peachey\, a wellbeing practitioner based in Frome\, is co-hosting this network with Future Shed. In 2024\, we are running some practical wellbeing sessions and focused meet ups. \n\n\nBooking is only available on Eventbrite: click here \n\n\n
