SUMMARY:Adult Wellbeing Nature Connection Group Open Day
DESCRIPTION:Shared Earth Learning exists to nurture a love of nature in our community. We do this by trying to reach those most vulnerable and marginalised in society and provide a safe welcoming place to connect with ourselves and each other. We work with children\, teenagers and adults providing most of our services free or subsidised to those who need it most.\n\nADULT WELLBEING GROUP – Our ‘forest school for adults’ group aims to support those who are experiencing mental health problems\, social isolation or just struggling to be human right now. We run every Monday 10.30 – 2.30 at our beautiful\, partially wooded site at Vallis Veg. We offer drinks and biscuits and a seasonal lunch prepared and cooked communally on the campfire. There is the opportunity to engage in horticulture and site management work\, foraging\, natural crafts and bushcraft activities.
