No steps to learn\, no experience needed. \nDance is not about learning steps or performing. The heart of dance is movement filled with meaning. Biodanza is a guided process which helps you to access your true self through music\, movement and connection with your companions. \nPeter says… I have been involved in Biodanza for many years and helped to set up the Dorset School of Biodanza. \n
