DESCRIPTION:I’m offering an afternoon of Biodanza – a playful intimate South American way to more joy in life! Dance like no-one’s watching\, lush Brazilian rhythms\, no steps to learn\, no partner needed. Have fun\, relax\, de-stress and feel great. All welcome. \nYou can book 1 or 2 sessions with break for refreshments. The first session is open to first-timers\, the second builds on the first and is more of a deep dive. The cafe is open\, or you can bring food to share. \nTickets are £30 earlybird or £35 at the door. You can book for the first session only for £15 earlybird or £20 at the door. It’s a playful practice of being in the “here and now” through movement\, connection and relaxation. We dance in comfortable clothes\, barefoot or in soft shoes. \nIt’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels\, anyone who wants to make friends with their body and give their brain a holiday. No steps to learn\, no experience needed. \nDance is not about learning steps or performing. The heart of dance is movement filled with meaning. Biodanza is a guided process which helps you to access your true self through music\, movement and connection with your companions. \nPeter says… I have been involved in Biodanza for many years and helped to set up the Dorset School of Biodanza. \nI completed my teacher training in 2014. Since then I have taught Biodanza in communities\, churches\, cafes\, day centres and Greek holidays. I offer regular classes  in Frome\, Somerset\, and online. \nBiodanza has brought me many things – confidence\, friends\, travel\, work\, community\, healing\, even love: I met my partner in a Biodanza class! \n
