DESCRIPTION:The first of 3 monthly clinics leading up to the Frome Kindness Festival in March to encourage us to be kinder to our body. \nJoin Terésa and Ymi at BodyKind Frome! \nTake a break from your daily routine and have a moment for yourself to de-stress\, reset and relax. \nWe are fully qualified physical therapists offering 30 minute treatments. \nWe work through clothing on a futon \, using touch\, gentle pressure and manipulation to unwind\, ease and support the body to promote wellbeing. Sessions will take place centrally in Frome. \n
