Book a Buddy

Would you like to practise cycling on roads with traffic? Or ride somewhere traffic free to build confidence? Maybe you want to plan and ride a new route with someone who knows Frome roads? You can now Book a Buddy to ride with you for an hour! Use the booking page to select your time and to let us know what you’d like to get out of your session. However you choose to use your time, you’ll learn safe cycling techniques, build confidence and have fun!
