On summer solstice\, we invite you to gather around the table for a Provençal-inspired menu that celebrates the height of the season. \nWith produce plucked straight from the garden and a chilled glass of rosé in hand\, you’ll settle in for an afternoon or evening of sun-drenched flavours and warm conversation. Expect dishes infused with the essence of the South of France – fresh\, vibrant and deeply rooted in the land. \nThis feast showcases Burnt Sugar’s passion for seasonal ingredients\, ethical sourcing and evocative European cooking. Each dish will be paired with wines from independent producers selected by The Stores\, with bottles available for purchase throughout the event. \nMenu \nOn arrival\nProvençal rosé\nSalt cod brandade\, yuzu kosho\nOld Winchester goujères (v) \nStarter\nAioli Provençal\nAioli with artichoke barigoule (v) \nMain\nRoast pork loin cooked over fire\, peach vierge\nTomato galette\, Westcombe ricotta (v) \nSides\nAustrian potato salad\nVallis Farm veg\, extra virgin olive oil\, salt\nWatermelon & feta salad \nPre-dessert\nStone fruits in iced water \nDessert\nCherry doughnut\, lemon Chiboust cream \nThere will be a lunch and early dinner seating.
