SUMMARY:Collaborative Sketchbook Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a morning at Vallis Farm\, a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and creative expression\, a great way for kids to collaborate with their adults in making their very own personalised sketchbook. \nThe workshop will start with a walk and forage around the farm\, where a list of things to look out for will be provided in order to help guide your observations. Quick sketch prompts will encourage you to capture moments of inspiration\, as well as looking closely at colour in nature by creating your very own mini colour palettes. \nOnce materials are collected you will work together to make your very own sketchbook\, using a range of different materials and art mediums. Learning new techniques and ways of working through collage\, printing\, text and mixed media. A fun way to build a sense of collaboration and connection which tells a story of your farm adventure. \nAt the end of the workshop you will take away your sketchbook\, as well as any materials you have collected from your foraging\, which can be added to your sketchbook later to keep the memories fresh and add further personalisation. \nThe £35 ticket covers one child with an accompanying adult\, the workshop\, some light refreshments and your sketchbook to take home with you. \n
