DESCRIPTION:A friendly and helpful event for everyone\, whether you’re thinking of getting a bike\, returning to cycling after a long break or already cycle every day. \nBe kind to your bike! Bring your bike along for a free safety check with Dr Bike (a bike mechanic). Small repairs and adjustments are included wherever possible\, and we can also discuss whether further work is required and how to arrange that. Alternatively you can buy a refurbished bike from our bike sale. \nWe’ll also have active travel information providing an opportunity to explore local routes\, maps and groups. Wherever you are on your active travel journey we can help to answer your questions\, share advice and signpost to useful links. \nFrome Community Bike Project is hosting this event as part of a series of Cycle Together activities made possible through Green and Healthy Frome. \n\nJust turn up\nBike checks and advice are free\nSecond hand bikes will be on sale at various prices\n\n
