DESCRIPTION:Join us at 42 Acres this Summer Holidays for Family Yoga and Nature Connection\, a beautiful 2 hour session designed to deepen connection and create core memories. \nDates:\n* Thursday 7th August 2025\, 10am – 12 noon\n* Thursday 14th August 2025\, 10am – 12 noon\n* Thursday 21st August 2025\, 10am – 12 noon\n* Thursday 28th August 2025\, 10am – 12 noon \nPrice:\n£18 per family (of one adult and one child for one 2 hour session)\n£6 per additional family member\n* Places are limited and pre-booking is essential. \nDescription:\nA beautiful 2-hour session designed to deepen connection and create core memories! \nWe begin with family yoga\, a gentle and joyful way to reconnect with our bodies and with each other. Through breath play techniques\, partner poses\, and playful movement games\, we’ll learn tools to support emotional regulation and cultivate greater harmony at home. Our session ends with a blissful savasana\, snuggled into one another\, grounded and calm. \nFrom there\, we step gently into our nature connection journey. A playful way for families to slow down and reconnect with each other and the natural world. Through guided activities\, nature games\, storytelling\, and seasonal foraging\, children and adults alike are invited to explore the land with curiosity and wonder. These sessions are designed to nurture a sense of belonging in nature\, build confidence outdoors\, and create meaningful shared memories. Whether it’s making nature mandalas\, or floating leaf boats\, tracking animal prints\, or simply sitting quietly under the trees\, each moment is an opportunity to deepen bonds with nature and each other. \n
