DESCRIPTION:42 Acres is a regenerative estate\, nature reserve and retreat centre running on 100% renewable energy. Our vision is to live in harmony with nature\, self and others. \nJoin Caroline your guide for an immersive nature walk. We’ll be going completely off-piste\, so be sure to bring your wellies and your sense of adventure! \nTogether\, we’ll search for evidence of wildlife including footprints and poo! You might even see signs of animals that were once thought to be extinct in the UK – including beavers and wild boar. \nWe’ll learn how to tune into nature and we’ll listen for the sound of birdsong. We might even talk to the trees! \nAt the end of the walk\, we’ll find ourselves in a clearing in the forest and gather around a roaring fire to enjoy our packed lunches. See if you can find our secret treehouse overlooking the lake. \nPlease note: \n\nWellies and waterproofs are essential\nCompost loos are available\nWe have 2 entrances – please arrive to ‘Farmhouse Retreat Centre’\nPlease check www.42acres.com/getting-here – it’ll help you have a stress-free journey\nPlease arrive in plenty of time. Once the group moves off\, it won’t be easy to find them\nPlease bring packed lunches. There is no fridge available\nParents & carers remain responsible for their children at all times\nThis experience will be muddy and wet. It is unfortunately unsuitable for buggies\n\n
