This training is focused on activities for ages 16+ (it won’t go into the additional provision needed for working with children). \n\n\nWhat you will learn: \n\nhow to begin planning and structuring\nhow to organise your content\, and what to focus on\ntimings and scheduling\ncommunciations\, publicity and marketing including ticketing\nparticipants and audiences\nthinking through inclusivity\nwhat you need to know about insurance and risk assessments\npolicies that you need in place\, including safeguarding\nincluding climate\, wellbeing\, and the environment in your thinking and your work\nmanaging problems\ndocumentation\, evaluation\, and follow-up\n\nWho is this for: \n\nanyone in Frome and surrounding communities who are connected to Green & Healthy Frome.\nages 18+\n\nThis training session will aim to give you a good ‘how to’ grounding. \nCome to Edventure’s Hub ready for a 7pm start. \n\n\n\n\nFuture Shed is part of Green & Healthy Frome\, a partnership programme of Edventure Frome\, Frome Medical Practice and Frome Town Council taking action on health and climate funded by the National Lottery’s Climate Action Fund. \nFuture Shed is part of Edventure Frome. \nFuture Shed is about ideas and connections\, collectives and enterprise – we are cooking up ideas and ventures to make real change around climate and wellbeing. This is a space to meet up\, connect and build relationships to effect change. Come with your own idea\, or join someone else’s. It doesn’t matter what stage you’re at\, whether you’re already in the thick of a venture or just toying with an idea\, or you’re passionate about making a difference but not sure where to start?
