DESCRIPTION:Do you know how to cycle\, and have a roadworthy bike? If so\, join us on a friendly social bike ride! Enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of cycling while being kind to yourself! \nWe’ll be following a beautiful 12-mile route looping around Frome\, through Nunney and Trudoxhill. This is a fairly easy ride on quiet roads with a few gentle hills\, and a great opportunity for anyone who’s new to group rides. No one will be left behind and we have planned lots of stops along the way – this is a social ride not a fitness test or a race! We’ll be out for three hours\, including a cafe stop. \nFrome Community Bike Project are hosting this event as part of a series of Cycle Together activities made possible through Green and Healthy Frome. \nIt is free to take part but numbers are limited so please book your free place at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/fromecommunitybikeproject/1120176 \n
