DESCRIPTION:“Holding in the Light” is a Quaker practice of positively upholding people\, silently bringing them to mind and expressing hopes for help and healing. In this one-hour session we will briefly introduce the practice; use art and writing to bring people to mind; hold a gathered silence; and share our thoughts over refreshments. \nIt will be led by members of Frome Quaker Meeting. \nSuitable for anyone over the age of 14 years\, of any religion or none. \nBook in advance here. \nCost: Free \nHot drinks and cake available. \n
