This training is focused on activities for ages 16+ (it won’t go into the additional provision needed for working with children). \nWhat you will learn:\nhow to begin planning and structuring\nhow to organise your content\, and what to focus on\ntimings and scheduling\ncommunciations\, publicity and marketing including ticketing\nparticipants and audiences\nthinking through inclusivity\nwhat you need to know about insurance and risk assessments\npolicies that you need in place\, including safeguarding\nincluding climate\, wellbeing and the environment in your thinking and your work\nmanaging problems\ndocumentation\, evaluation and follow-up \nWho is this for:\nanyone in Frome and surrounding communities who is connected to Green & Healthy Frome.\nages 18+\nThis training session will aim to give you a good ‘how to’ grounding. \nCome to Edventure’s Hub ready for a 10am start. \n
