Whether you’re passionate about the environment\, seeking ways to improve your well-being\, or simply looking to be kinder to yourself\, this walk is for you. \nWhat You’ll Experience: \n\n\nGreen & Social Prescribing with Dr. Georgie – Will unpack the evidence-based power of green and social prescribing. We will test the theory of how something as simple as spending time in nature can enhance health with a fun experiment. As well as introduce you to the many ways of being part of a healthier community. \n\n\nRiver Conservation with Jeremy Wade & Frome Families for the Future – Learn how rivers support biodiversity and why protecting them matters for wildlife and people alike. \n\n\nActive Travel with Cycle Together –  Join our cycle-inspired activities and learn about our Top 5 local bike routes and the benefits of joining the two-wheeled revolution. \n\n\nThe Quiet Joy of Seeds with Frome Seed Library – Experience the calm of planting a seed\, join in fun activities and take home seeds to plant a bit of kindness in your backyard.  \n\n\nWhy Join? \nThis isn’t just a walk—it’s a chance to reflect on how kindness to ourselves and the planet go hand in hand. \n📍 Where: This 40min walk starts riverside by Welsh Mill Woods playground and ends at the Roundhouse. \n👟 What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and an open heart \nBe part of a movement that nurtures both people and the planet.
