DESCRIPTION:‘Seriously Playful’ is a clowning and improvisation workshop lead by Marina Sossi and hosted by the Merlin Theatre\, Frome. You don’t have to be funny or clever or a performer to take part\, just a willingness to have fun. \nDates:\nSaturday 25th January 12.30-4.30\nSaturday 22nd February 12.30-4.30\nSaturday 15th March 12.30-4.30\nSaturday 10th May 12.30-4.30 \nReviews from recent participants: \n‘So much more than clowning or acting in general\, it provided a recipe to live life to the full and squeeze enjoyment out of every possible moment’. \n‘The day left everyone inspired and uplifted\, with one resounding conclusion: Marina’s workshop was unmissable!’ \nThis workshop takes you through a process developed by Marina Sossi that is suitable for all people\, particularly those who are more sensitive. This begins with releasing tension in the body\, moving and vocalising and slowly returning yourself to a more natural state of play\, creative expression and freedom.
