DESCRIPTION:‘Marina’s workshop at the Merlin last weekend was superb… So much more than clowning or acting in general\, it provided a recipe to live life to the full and squeeze enjoyment out of every possible moment. It also equipped us with the skills and confidence to improvise and perform’. \nThe workshop takes you through a step by step process that starts with releasing tension\, energising the body\, finding movement and vocal expression to stimulate a more spontaneous and natural state of playfulness. This is followed by improvisation games and clowning exercises that offer full permission to be silly\, have fun and step into the spotlight. Finding the inner clown unmasks and liberates us from the stress of being a grown up and challenges the limiting thoughts and self judgements that block our creative flow.
