DESCRIPTION:Frome Museum’s autumn exhibition recounts the history of the town’s cinemas. \nSince about 1890\, five picture houses have been open at different times\, all within half a mile of the Market Place. \nThe history of these cinemas\, from Bray’s in Vicarage Street to the Westway in Cork Street\, tell a fascinating story. \nFrome Museum is open 10.00am – 2.00pm Tuesday to Saturday\, and on Frome Independent Market Sundays. \nEntry to the museum is free.
