DESCRIPTION:Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan – piano\, Ruth O’Shea – violin & Linda Stocks – cello) play a Café Concert on the first Thursday of each month (Feb-Dec) at 1.15pm at Christ Church: informal music events with a pop-up café open from c12.45pm where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes and listen to live music. \nThis month’s programme is inspired by spirits and creatures of legend\, including a mermaid\, a water sprite\, elves\, a Greek God and a ghost. Music by Handel\, Gershwin\, Henriette Renié\, Rebecca Clarke and William Bolcom. \nConcerts last c45mins and entrance is by donation. An RSVP via our website is appreciated\, but you can just turn up – maybe bring a cushion for the pew!\nMore information at www.trioparadis.com. \n
